Terms of work

Short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you agree to it.

01 — Scope

The brief you submit defines the work. Deliverables are what's listed on it; anything added later is new work and gets quoted separately.

02 — Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included, reviewed through Frame.io. A round means one consolidated set of notes, not a stream of separate messages. Anything beyond the two is quoted before it starts. Your project status page shows which round you're on.

03 — Filming time

A standard filming block is up to six hours. Beyond that is chargeable, and we'll flag it on the day rather than after.

04 — Payment

Invoices are issued on delivery unless agreed otherwise, and are due within 14 days. Some work is booked with a deposit up front, invoiced separately and credited against the total. Agreed expenses — travel, rental, and similar — are re-billed at cost and itemised separately from the fee, so the fee always means the work.

05 — Getting footage to us

Anything over 50GB has to come on a physical drive — a transfer that size fails often enough that it costs both of us a day. Smaller assets by Google Drive or an agreed Dropbox. Brief details go through the form, not email, so nothing gets lost in a thread.

Sourcing media and managing assets is included in the work.

06 — Footage and files

Final deliverables are yours on payment. Raw footage stays with Agency4k unless you've bought a raw footage upload, and project files stay with us unless separately agreed. Material you supply stays yours, and you confirm you have the rights to it.

07 — Credit and cancellation

We may show finished work as part of our portfolio unless you ask us not to. If a project is cancelled after it starts, work completed to that point is chargeable.
